Amazing customer service!! Somehow my towel got a hole from a few snagged threads on its first use. I contacted customer service and they shipped me a new towel right away. Their customer service is amazing and their products are even better!!!

Looks muted grey in the website picture. It's actually a bright beige color, and the beige color does not complement my space at all
