30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with tags (if applicable). Proof of purchase is required.

Free Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Due to the natural fibers and unique weaving process of our Turkish cotton products, slight variations, irregularities, or minimal pilling may occur. These characteristics are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and items that have been used, washed, or stained are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
